Tour to Pushkar Mela in Rajathan India – It  is an ancient town in the Indian state of Rajasthan. It is located in Ajmer town and is considered in one of the most sacred places in the country.  Spiritual India Tour – As per the Hindu mythology, Pushkar is the place where Lord Brahma performed a huge Yagna. Pushkar festival is celebrated in the Hindu month of Kartika  which falls during November month of the English calendar. This festival is unique as it is also the largest livestock and camel fair in the world.

Pushkar Fair & Festival 2017 Events – People indulge in buy and selling of livestock and camels, and several fascinating and traditional competitions  such as ‘Matka Phod‘, ‘Longest Moustache‘, ‘Camel Races‘, ‘Bridal Competition‘ and ‘Cricket Matches‘ also take place. People decorate their animals with jewellery, beautiful clothes and accessories such as bells of all shapes, sizes and colours. Rajasthani men and women wear beautiful traditional attire and shop for jewellery, garments, silver ornaments, bead necklaces, trinkets, waistbands, anklets, toe rings and the ivory bangles for participating in the festival.
