1. Registration and payment terms
1.1 Quote - Aryavrit Travels offers travel card and personal. Any request made through his website or e-mail will be a quote sent to you by email and will have a limited 14 day validity, beyond which the price can not be maintained. We recommend you quickly confirm your specifications to ensure the quoted room rates. Upon acceptance of the quote, Aryavrit Travels will send you an e-mail confirmation of enrollment including the invoice for the total cost of the trip, our bank details the amount of the deposit and the terms and conditions.
1.2 Terms of Payment - The deposit payment of 35% of the total trip whose departure date is more than 30 days, or all for any departure date within 30 days will validate your registration. It must be made by wire transfer within 7 days of receipt of the registration confirmation. All registrations are final upon receipt of the deposit and the information sheet duly completed. Registration for one of our trips constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions. A new invoice with the amount of the balance outstanding will be sent after receipt of down payment amount. The balance must be settled 30 days before the departure date by wire transfer. Any delay in the payment of the deposit or balance will be considered a cancellation. Aryavrit Travels will confirm the availability of services required or equivalent as soon as possible. The deposit will not be refunded only on the ground of failure to provide the requested service or equivalent, to the exclusion of any other reason, net of bank charges (60 €). Reservation requests are actually made upon receipt of the deposit.
2. Changes requested by the client before departure
Any request to change the customer will generate administrative charge of 20 € per person. Similarly, any changes requested by the customer will result in increased cost of the trip. Any refusal of payment of any additional costs incurred will be considered a cancellation.
3. Conditions and cancellation fees
Cancellation request - All cancellations must be made in writing to Aryavrit Travels (e-mail). The issue date of the e-mail is used to calculate cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees - The scale of total cancellation fee, subject to specific conditions contained in the description of the program is as follows:
a. Terrestrial services in the country (car, hotel, guide, driver, meals, tours, activities, ...)
More than 30 days before departure: money paid as deposit will be refunded after deduction of bank charges (60 €).
Less than 30 days before departure, the cancellation will result in the withholding of the amount of the deposit. The amounts paid as the balance will be refunded after deduction of bank charges (60 €).
b. For air services (domestic and international flights (India / Nepal / Bhutan)), the cancellation fee is 100% of the ticket price.
c. On some programs, hotels and / or providers can charge us 100% cancellation fee upon booking firm. We reserve the right to charge a fee of 100% of the cost of these benefits in the event of cancellation, in derogation of the standard cancellation terms (above).
Failure to submit the appointment the day of departure for any reason not entitled to any refund. Any trip interrupted or shortened due to the traveler for any reason whatsoever, does not give rise to any refund.
If one or more registered travelers on the same registration form void (s) participation in a trip kept for other participants, the scale of cancellation charges described above will be calculated for the (s) traveler (s) canceling (s) on the amount of personal benefits and the share of the shared journey continued benefits (car rentals, hotels ...). In case of cancellation of one or more registered travelers on the same registration form to travel maintained for other participants, the fare for travelers who maintain their registration will be reassessed. Any refusal by the remaining or registered to perform this adjustment travelers will be considered a cancellation of their own, with application of the cancellation fee.
Refund - Any refund process will take a minimum of three months.
4. Price
Aryavrit Travels reserves the right to change prices upward to reflect significant changes between the day of registration and that of departure: (1) the exchange rate between the Indian rupee and the euro, (2) fees and charges pertaining to services offered or (3) the cost of transport, notably linked to the cost of fuel. Any refusal to pay this price adjustment will be considered a cancellation, with the application of the cancellation fee. If more than 10% of the tour price increase, customers will have the opportunity to request the cancellation of the contract and to obtain, without penalty, repayment of amounts paid. The cancellation must be notified to Aryavrit Travels by email within 7 days of receipt of the e-mail informing the customer changes.
5. Insurance
Aryavrit Travels is insured professional liability from Life Insurance of India. However, Aryavrit Travels is not a substitute for individual liability which every traveler must hold. It is your responsibility to take out insurance assistance / repatriation. In any case do not forget to take with you while traveling copy of your contract because you are responsible for reporting claims with your insurance company. Aryavrit Travels is obviously committed to helping you to open a file with your insurance company if you are unable to contact her and provide invoices for any expenses incurred.
6. Responsibilities
Aryavrit Travels shall not be held responsible for the consequences of any event beyond it, having the nature of God - unforeseeable and irresistible event - which would prevent the agency or its contractors to perform all or part of the obligations under the contract ( riots, wars, political unrest, health conditions, pollution, natural disasters and / or climate) or any technical or administrative incident outside it (strikes by the airline industry, airspace congestion, failure of a service provider, delayed means of transport, failure, loss or theft of baggage, tickets or other effects).
Or the delays due to the events referred to above and the itinerary changes / program that would result eventually will result in no refund or compensation for any purpose whatsoever on the part of Aryavrit Travels, especially because of changing the duration of the trip originally planned. Any additional costs related to a disturbance (taxes, hotel, parking, change of means of transport ...) will be borne by the customer.
If canceled imposed by circumstances showing the characters of force majeure and / or grounds of protecting the security of our customers and / or order of an administrative authority, customers are not entitled to any compensation. In these circumstances, Aryavrit Travels reserves the right to change the dates, times and planned routes. These changes may result in additional costs that will be charged to the client. The refusal of these changes or adjustment of prices by the customer will be considered a cancellation.
Aryavrit Travels shall not be held responsible for the lack of presentation or presentation of identity documents and / or health outdated or insufficient duration of validity (passport, visa, vaccination certificates, ...) or not conform to that specified on the information sheet. Similarly, Aryavrit Travels shall not be held responsible for lost or stolen tickets flypast from the traveler, the airlines do not issue duplicate. Upon default recording (including delays in embarkation ) it will be 100% of the total amount of benefits withheld.
7. Claims
Any claim, duly accompanied by supporting documents, should be sent to Aryavrit Travels, 105B, Paradise, C-61A, Sarojini Marg, C-Scheme, Jaipur 302001, Rajasthan, India, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, within 30 days after the return date of travel. These general conditions are subject to Indian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the court of Jaipur.
